Refundable fees:

Free cancellation: Our free cancellation offers for all reservations at a refundable rate effective 48 hours before the arrival date. If you annulez dans ce delai, even if the annulment fee is not applied and all acompte ou paiement effectué will be refunded.

Annulation late or non-présentation: si vous annulez votre réservation dans les 48 heures précédant la date d'arrivée ou si vous ne vous présentez pas à l'hôtel, 100% du montant de la réservation sera debité de la carte de crédit fournie au moment of reservation.

 

Non Refundable Rate:

Frais d'annulation à 100% des la réservation.

 

Non-présentation policy:

In case of non-présentation without préavis, the total amount of the réservation will be debited from the credit card fournie at the moment of the réservation and the réservation will be automatically annulled.

 

Payment policy:

The payment of the second day will be effective upon arrival at the hotel, until the non-remboursable rate has expired, which will be effective at the time of reservation.

All the details applicable to reservations, annulations, extras or all other service consommé during the establishment were debited from the fourteenth card at the time of formalization of the reservation.
